Um, is the whole front of his face ripped in 2? and what did he hit his head on?

@Hat, yeah as you can see in the operation room it was cracked in the middle and is head was nearly in 2, I'm not 100% sure what he hit his head on but probably while he was jumping down he hit a ledge or something, idk
