Forum & Hosting Support Guidelines


This is our unique service that is not provided anywhere else. We will provide you help if you are facing any technical problem either its a hosting problem or a script problem we will help you as long as we can.

These are some things that you should keep in your mind before asking for support.

In order to know what we need to help you, you need to put yourself in our shoes. Chances are we aren't members on your forum, and we don't know which site in your signature is yours. It's best to provide us with a link to your forum, and if possible a link to a page with the issue. If the issue is something that only applies to members, it may be useful to set up a demo account and provide us with the password so we can see the issue.

With forum styles these days, MyBB can look like phpBB, so it's extremely helpful to know what software you're using and what version it is. Some MODs only work with certain versions, ect.

Let us know what you've already tried. No use having us suggest something and have you reply "I tried that!" in an angry tone, we didn't know . Providing us with a list also helps us to rule things out, and may result in faster completion time.

Lastly, if we are able to assist in fixing your problems, 50 Fl points will be deducted from your account, else nothing will cost you.
