You have an account fresh from tut and you want 99's in everything this guide will tell you every skill in detail and what order to do it so you dont have to waste time goldfarming for such skills like herblore.
To start out your going to need to make some cash, start out with fishing or mining.
Fishing
Go grab a fishing net and start grabbing those shrimp
When you reach level 15, go to draynor and get the anchovies
Remember, this is a guide for people with no money, once you reach 35 go buy a harpoon and start fishing for tuna using stiles so you dont have to run to bank and waste 30 gp.
Fish tuna and swordfish until 99 (I know some say swords and monk but you'll see why you want to do these two fish later).
Cooking
Cook everything you caught starting with lowest leveled items so you burn less of the important stuff. Sell the tunas but keep all the cooked swords.
Melee Combat
Now you should have some money from the tunas you sold. Use this to buy some armor.
For here you can either do shared exp or train each skill individually but basically here is what you want to fight by combat level
3-15 Goblins (Never crowded) grab bones and bury them, and pick up charms
16-30 The lvl 12 Minotaurs are great for this level, dont forget the bones and charms
31-50 Now move to hill giants, they drop big bones so that will help prayer training
51-65 You can stay on hill giants if you want or move on to hobgoblins
66-80 Ice Giants and Warriors, the warriors drop quite a bit of gold charms and the giants give you big bones
81-99 You can remain on Ice giants and Warriors if you want for the bones, otherwise Lesser Demons are good exp
*I dont include quests in the guide but do Dragon Slayer and upgrade armor to rune as you can
* You can train these skills alongside Slayer
*Also train summon as you go along use the money from fishing to buy some of the materials
Woodcutting
For this skill keep all the logs you cut, dropping is faster exp but keep them.
Cut Normal Logs until you can cut Oak logs then cut them until you can get to Willows.
You can do Willows until 99 or start doing Maples from 75-99. Dont do Ivy for this guide.
Keep all your logs.
Firemaking
Pretty much just burn all the logs you have until you reach 99 and you should have some left over as you get more exp for burning the log then you do cutting it. You will save the rest.
Mining
Buy the items from GE to do Dorics Quest and get that quick 1300 exp.
Now mine copper and tin until 15
15-60 Mine Iron and bank it
60-99 At 60 you can get into the guild and grab coals until 99
Smithing
1- 15 Use all your tins and copper to make bronze bars and make daggers or whatever you want and just get rid of them at general store dont bother with GE and buy some if your short for lvl 15
15-30 Buy some rings of forging and smelt and smith some iron bars and make hatchets until 30.
Now stop with this skill and go train Magic
Magic
Buy an air staff and do Wind Rush which only requires 2 air runes until lvl 11
Now buy a Mud Staff and enough body runes to get to 43 Magic and keep casting Weaken and when you get 19 cast Curse
Now you got 43.
Magic/Smithing
Now you have 30 Smithing and 43 Magic
Buy as many nature runes as you can from the tunas and sell the swords you didnt use as food from training melee. Spend all your coins on Nature Runes
Now do super heat to make steel bars and sell the steel bars to buy more nats and iron/coal ores if you run out until you have 99 in both skills
Range
You should now have an abundant amount of gold buy some Range gear and buy iron arrows and only iron arrows
Get your stuff and go kill some chickens until lvl 15 range
15-30 go own the lvl 12 minotaurs (you shouldnt need food your defence is 99 at this point)
No go to the caged ogres buy about 500k iron arrows and just start owning them. Dont worry about your arrows. If you run out of arrows (you will) go buy more.
Do this until you get 99 range.
Runecrafting
This is the longest skill to level
Buy some runes and do the highest rune you can until you get to Natures. Do Natures until you can get to Laws.
Pretty much craft Laws when you run out of essence sell the laws and buy more ess until 91.
Now at 91 you can go for the gold and do double nats or get a bit more exp and continue with laws until 99 either way your gonna have some cash.
Fletching
So now its time to work on your first member skill (excluding Slayer and Summoning)
Remember those logs I told you to keep from your woodcutting you are going to use them on this skill
1-10 Arrow shafts
10-20 Long (u)
20-25 Oak short (u)
25-35 Oak long (u)
35-40 Willow short (u)
40-50 Willow long (u)
50-55 Maple short (u)
55-99 Maple long (u) You should make about 10M buying logs and cutting them into maple long(u)
Thieving
This will be the longest skill guide but bear with me to find out which way works best for you
This is the money way.
1-5 Men
5-20 Bakers Stall
20-38 Silk stall
38-99 Master Farmer (Not the fastest exp but can be the most profitable)
Next way is sorcerers garden
Head to the garden and start grabbing squirk with this method you will get farming experience as well and move on to the next garden when you get the level
1- Winter Garden
25 - Spring Garden
45 - Autumn Garden
65 - Summer Garden
The garden is good for getting that beginning farming exp
The fastest way to get 99 exp is via Pyramid Plunder
I recommend doing Sorcerers Garden to get that Farming exp.
Farming
Now if you did sorcerers garden you should be above 40 farming, if you are grab 1M and a spade and head over to vinesweeper and do that until 99 farming this will also give you quite a bit of hunter exp when you use oogleroots on the rabbits
If you did Pyramid Plunder then you can do Vinesweeper but the exchange rate is 7 points for 1 exp but past 40 its 1:1 so you can start Vinesweeper right away or start planting the highest level crop you can until you get 40 then move on to Vinesweeper
Hunter
From Vinesweeper you should have a good start on your hunter training. You should have 63 already if for some odd reason you dont then just do some birds until 63
At 63 you can do red chins all the way to 99. You will make about 25M when you get 99.
Agility
Now to do a skill that neither gives you gold or costs you gold but you need to get it done
1-35 Gnome Stronghold
35-48 Barbarian Outpost
48-85 Ape Atol
85-90 Gnome Stronghold Advanced
90-99 Barbarian Outpost Advanced
Crafting
1-10 Leather Armor
For money do
10-99 Bowstrings, buy flax and spin it
as this is my guide for best profit for skill stay at this
Construction
Now its time to start a skill that will drain a portion of your gold.
Construction is actually designed so that the exp is the same for material used. What I mean by this is using a wooden plank gives you 29 exp and will only give you 29 exp for each plank that means if the item requires 2 planks you will get 58 exp.
This will require some building/destroying
I recommend using planks until you can use oak planks. Build a workshop and just use that so you dont have to destroy your table and use oak planks until 99 contruction as they are the most cost efficient to get from 80-99 which is about 11M exp it will cost you 90M in oak planks to reach it but you will have a lot of cash from the runecrafting you did.
Make sure you build a gilded altar
Prayer
After all the bones you buried you still wont have 99 prayer but you should have built a gilded altar at your house depending on you level buy the appropriate amount of dragon bones and use them on your gilded altar to finish your way to 99 Prayer
Herblore
Alright so your almost done (depending if you did slayer/summoning with your melee) this could be the before-last skill you need to get to 99.
So there is a way to get this skill to 99 and make some cash but its extremely long... i mean extremely long.
There are few herbs that actually sell more clean then they do grimy you could use this method to get to 99 but will take you a long time.
So you need to do Druidic Ritual to be able to do this skill and will start at level 3.
If you do Jungle potion you will jump to level 9 AND if you do recruitment drive you will have 13 herblore
The most cost efficient way to 99 is strength potions costing 11.5 gold per exp.
According to my math, it will cost 149,378,694gp to get 99 herblore using this method.
Slayer/Summoning
Alright so if you trained summoning with combat you should have 99... There is no real guide for that skill go farm some charms and use them.
If you did not train slayer then lets be honest the best way is to go with Soul Wars it will take the least amount of time to get 99 that way.
Side Note: Slayer bot can get you 10k/xp an hour and Soul Wars will get you about 2k exp if you average 4 zeals an hour.
To start out your going to need to make some cash, start out with fishing or mining.
Fishing
Go grab a fishing net and start grabbing those shrimp
When you reach level 15, go to draynor and get the anchovies
