GTA V Hotswap Disk/File Pal not NTSC (uk)

Does anybody know of a download for this? I want to mod my friends xbox 360 old fat white model.

Would be a great help on any information anyone knows as I have only hotswapped GTA IV before.

Do I still have to clear the cache?
Do install the disk?
