Is it still possible for people to host modded lobbies on GTA? If you can, add me: Massaged. I'd like to get some money and I'd be willing to pay a few dollars for the opportunity.

Take a look at the GTA 5 Services on NGU.
Just make sure they're trusted and vouched.

Umm i wouldn't trust anyone with GTA lobbies only because you will get banned unless it is Chrome Mods the server will auto ban the account
