GTA 5 Recovery Needed

I need a GTA 5 recovery for ps3 that I can transfer to PS4. Questions I have: do I need to keep social club linked for it to work? and if i've already transferred my character from ps3 can I do it again after the recovery is completed?

I can mod accounts with 200 million, I can do more but theres a chance of ban, My account is modded and It transfers to ps4
