It is oG and is banned. I tried calling Xbox customer support, they said it can only be unbanned if the Tag was not stolen (which its not) and I would have to post on the Xbox forums and wait for a response.

Also there used to be methods to unban a GT. People who know how too, can go from paying a tag at $50.00 to selling for $150.00

Ye I'm really pissed as fuck. Especially on Halo 3, I managed to get a nice MLG 50 on it under 80 games.
And also the Tag was hella sexy.
Shit happens.

And no not really, I've unbanned a GT a I sold in the passed and it stayed unbanned.
