I wasn't the one who got this banned. The email states that this Gamertag was reported stolen. Only the "real" owner can unban this by proving that he is indeed the "real" owner.

If that's the case I'll buy it for $20 in a week and get the "real" owner to unban it.

I have no problem with you unbanning it, but I don't know who the real owner is. I got this on Hackforums a while back, like maybe 5 months ago.

If you know who the real owner is then, you probably can unban this Gamertag.

What? I never banned the account and I never owned it either and I do know the real owner.
 
Who ever buys the account first, will get it. Junior is Gift doesn't follow threw, you can have it.
