Me too man. I don't know why it got banned? We called Microsoft legal about it, and I guess they found out you were selling it so they banned it about a month later after some investigation.

They probably just go on sites that sell XBL accounts and if there's legitimate evidence of the account being sold they just ban it since it's against the xbox Terms of Service
