Well, basically; I came along this tag, randomly, I added it.

I was bored, so I decided to go to the leader boards, and I literally died.

But obviously, I woke up again.

The last time I checked (this morning) this user was 14th on Career Mode.

So that's 14th in the World for Black Ops 2, that's kind of a achievement.

I know he hasn't modded this because I've played with him a few times.

He dominates the whole team repeatedly, very chill guy.

What would you appraise this tag for?

Well yeah now that he updated the OP with more specific details.

Yeah I agree. I believe that you could get a decent amount for it. The tag is not so great but the stats definitely boost the value.
