GT: Gnarls Barkley banned?

I know this probably isn't the right thread, and I apologize. But is the GT: Gnarls Barkley banned? I want it do bad!!! When I try to add it as a friend it says it doesn't exist, but then when I try to change my tag to it it says it's already taken.
 
It is an active account and you added the wrong version it is: gnarlesbarkley/gnarlsbarkley and they are both very active so you are very unlikely to get either of them.

I didn't think anyone would be turboing a 10 character GT. I was gonna give you your account back with the foot locker tag on it.
