I have an xbox account with the following stats/achievements and I want to know its worth

It has a 12 year tenure(Early November) it also has the following games on demand for xbox one (wont include the exhaustively long list on xbox 360)
Fifa 15, Forza, cod AW, Halo MCC, Madden 15 also it has 30k Gamerscore all legit. Also it has the 10 year helmet if that means anything.
 
Assuming everything is legit and not modded, then this could go from anywhere between 300-350$
 
$500 would be a good bin in my opinion.

Yes all legit, have had xbox since I was 8
 
Personally, I would not accept anything less than $350 for this.

Edit: I'm assuming the gamertag is nothing special? Or is that OG as well?
