Groups, awards, and upgrades.

If you purchase a group, award, or upgrades for someone else you have 48 hours to create the group, or award, or tell me who you want upgraded. I have had an extreme amount of people coming to me lately saying they purchased 3 groups two years ago, and want to create them, or bought 10 upgrades a year ago and didn't hand them all out. So from today forward if you buy something you need to create it basically instantly or you are shit outta luck. Don't contact me about something you bought years ago, it isn't my fault you failed to communicate.

The reason for this, is because after a certain amount of time proof becomes absolutely impossible to obtain. Therefore it is one word over another, and I should not be put in the position to have to decide whether you are trying to get free shit or whether you are serious.

No that is to wait 48 hours before contacting me, I don't really think anyone has actually had to wait that long though. It is normally pretty instant.

I think 48 hours isn't enough. It'll cause conflict with the timeframe of giveaways and contests, obtaining the graphics for the group or award, and with the timeframe the artists of the userbar and the award icon will get. I think two weeks more or less is fair amount of time.
