I am extremely for this suggestion and many won't be, but it's a start to get groups being more valuable.
Group Perks. The name is self-explanatory. This will work just like the lottery system but with perks for groups.
Each Koin will count as one ticket. The winner cannot win the koins because it is not the lottery.
Each week a certain perk will be put up and it can last 1 day, 3 days, 5 days or permanent. The permanent one will be exceedingly rare and valuable. It will be the hardest to acquire.

- 1 Permanent: Name change, or userbar change, or name color change. (ONLY ONE. This can also increase the value of groups when sold as these can be sold with the group as well.)
