Which is why I said Philly should buy out all current groups for sale: Cinema, Saints, Narc, Instagram, and possibly more (Im not sure) and just raise transfer fee to 100$. Maybe discount it if group has been owned for X amount of time. But if Philly isnt making money, then he has no way to continue fuckkorner
 

I doubt he has money to just blow on buying out groups.
 
Agreed with most of it. I wouldn't like to see an increase in the transfer fee, its dumb in the first place. I also don't think group owners should give more rep.
