As the majority of FK would probably know I'm a group fanatic! I simply love them, I figured the majority of FK also wants to be in one or wants one of there very own, so that's were my financing service comes into place.

I'll be financing your group, depending on how much i trust you, will determine how much I'm willing to give to help finance your group, things such as do you already own the group but lack the funds for a UB or how much you have already can also determine how much I'm willing to put down to help.
TOS:
1. If you sell the group I require back whatever I put into the group.
2. I Require to be part of the group
If you decide to break either rules, consequences will be had, so I suggest you don't.
