Great setup forum with custom theme

Hi.

I am looking to sell my forum: http://www.discussionzone.net

It currently has custom buttons all made, a custom userbar set, custom theme, logo and around 15 members and 200 posts.

I'll throw it all in for the one deal, the domain and hosting with the forum setup completely. I can also install any themes/plugins you want.

I might buy it but I'm pretty new with website hosting so could you show me how to manage it and do everything?
