I just got my drivers license! :) It was the first time I took the test and I didn't fail and it was actually really easy. And it has sucked not having it cause I've been 16 for 4 months.

Who else has a driver's license?

I just got my permit last week, even though I don't do shit in drivers ed :)
And today is my last day of drivers ed so hopefully in 6 months I'll be getting my license, I have no idea how those laws work.
 
I had to wait a full year. But where I live they changed it 6 months.
 
i drive by myself already ;) you feel like such a baller when you drive yourself to your own soccer games :p

I'm not old enough yet, but I already have a learners permit.
 
I'm 16 for like 8 months now, and I still don't have because I'll do it once I'm 18. I don't need a license if parents or someone older needs to be with me constantly.

Haha yeah. I can't wait to drive where ever whenever I want.

But if you get it now you can practice and become a pro when you're 18. You'll be like the dude from Transporter.
 
I can drive in January 2013, thats when I turn 17 :)

Costs...

You know, where I live I don't get one cent support for my license, so paying now and when I'm 18 is just not worth it. Barely anyone I know here did his/her license before the age of 18. I'll start when I'm nearly 18 though. ;)

Spending nearly/over 1000€ is not worth it so I rather do it when I'm 18. ;)
 
I am 16, almost 17 and I can drive for about 6 months now.
I am looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler at the moment
 
I'm about to get my permit on July 31st
 
I got mine a while back, passed it first try as well. I'm 18 and still only have my G1 though :( getting my G2 sometime this summer.
 
Oh nice, I'm gonna be driving my Dad's 2009 Range Rover Supercharged sport. It's black.
 
I got my license the day after I turned 16. Why is everyone waiting so long to get it?
