Grabbing someone's IP off runescape

Hey guys, how would I grab someone's IP off runescape ?
I already have a booter (I am co-owner of a booter)
I got sent here from HF, they told me I had to ask someone from connectionlostRS. I'd figure out someone from connectionlostRS should be here on this forum.

Yes, @"iolaka" is ConnectionLostRS but he won't give you his method for IPs.
To get it he will make you pay 4b+ as he can make that.

Damn, I don't even have 1b. Isn't there any other option ?
 

Find one out yourself.
 
Hunt them down in forums and use a php logger in tags & send them a message
