I'm guessing you were swapping to a fresh? I recommend buying a turbo even though I don't like them, just to swap and be safe man, sorry for your loss.
 
When swapping an Instagram, I have my turbo on my computer, and two devices that I click fast. Always wait a while, or do it late at night.
