I got my Droid 3 in the mail today, and I thought I would come to RG and ask everyone for some tricks and such.

I've never owned a smart phone before so I'm taking all suggestions into consideration.
 
What exactly is a droid 3?
 
I only paid 10$ for the Droid 3, not going to waste money on a piece of crap OS.

Why do you say it's crap? I've had an iPod touch for 3 years and I love it. I've never used a Droid phone, so I can't compare them, but most my friends seem to prefer iPhones over Droids.
