Sorry I didnt know were to put this thread but is there anyway I can remove an optional email on a microsoft email without waiting so many days it makes you?

If you have access to the email, if not you have to wait.

If you bought that gamertag/account from someone, they didn't remove the alt properly, this means they can recover the account anytime.

I'd say too them, if they don't confirm the email of removing the alt, that you'll charge-back/take back what you trade/sold in the first place.
