This is not a sig that turned out NEARLY at all how I wanted it to, and I hate its turn out. I wouldn't be posted it normally, but I need advice. What should I do with it?

This is where I want to start off from, everything I did after it just made it worse.

This is what I ended up with, but yeh...

Any advice on where I should take this? :/

You should make the smoke cloud thing bigger, perhaps let it be the background instead of the grunge looking one it has currently.
If you decide to go with what I said above, you could use the grunge background as a light source - maybe you could make it neonish.

I don't like the text but the background effects and the renders looks excellent.

I love the text, but I prefer the first one mainly because it looks as if it's raining on the guy. The second one I dislike the smoke, it just looks random. If you made the hair of the guy on the first sig the same color as the second one it'll be v good.
