Good website to purhase HTML templates from?

Hi guys, what are some good websites to purchase HTML templates from. I would love to get more into web designing and It would be great to see work from good designers

Chances are, you HTML yourself. Its really easy to learn. Takes 3 days to learn the basics if you're a fast learner. Buying templates to explore is a total waste.

I was just going to look at previews of them, Not actually purchase them.
