Good custom PC sites?

I am looking for a site to build a custom PC, and I can't find any good sites.

Could anyone recommend one? My budget is ~1k.

EDIT: Probably should have mentioned this, but I don't want to physically build it, I want to build it online, then have it shipped to me.
