They are the shine papers and idk if I would buy them or not. Normal papers are cheap.

I kinda agree. But it's like good wine and and cheap wine..sometimes you gotta pull out the more expensive stuff right?

But with more expensive wine, it usually tastes better,or just has a different taste, where as with the shine papers it tastes the same.
