wrong ip guys really sorry I know who actually did it I tested this link out on gyarados first before sending it out, apologize.

It matches with another member here. If you can actually prove that the ip you posted is the person that turboed it. Ill ban him. I will not tell you who it is either. Not giving personal information out. Especially with no proof.

Of course but if you do ban him it would be obvious who it was, his ip isn't the issue. How many people get banned here a day? And how many people where banned within the last hour?

What he means is that he won't ban or say who it was until there is sufficient proof.

Yeah I know, but OP said he was going to pm proof.
Best bet is for philly to ban him at an undisclosed time, or people will just sit on the ban pages and wait to see who it is. Of course this is the obvious route but yeah.
