GMs Predict Spurs' Title, LeBron For MVP.

The NBA has released its annual survery of general managers with the San Antonio Spurs receiving 46.2 percent of the votes for which team will win the 2015 Finals.

LeBron is expected to be MVP 67.9,% and following up by Kevin Durant 21.4%.
