Glitched tag

So I had this GT for about 2 months then it got deleted and when I signed into the account on xbox.com the GT is on the account but when you look at the profile it's not there http://live.xbox.com/en-CA/Profile?gamertag=pharmacy

Anyone care to help me get this GT back?
And also when I sign into it people can see that it's on a silver account and when I sign out it shows that its deleted or a different tag

Even when I sign into and search for my own GT it says it doesn't exist and I'll teamview with people to show that it's fucked up

That is a pretty messed up tag you had me added on it and the tag would randomly change.
