Glitched Gamertag...(help)

I don't know where to post this so i'll leave in gamertag selection.
So yeah i recently bought this gamertag and this shit is glitched i can't recover on my 360 n shit.
But i can recover it onto my x1 -_-..... If anyone know how to fix glitched gt's hmu...
 

I got something like that,  I transferred my tag on to xbox1, but when I went to xbox360 shit got fucked.

Well, I transferred my account to xbox 1, but when I went to play on my 360, there was no gamer picture, bio,  location,  stuff like that.  And I could only play 1 game without any problems,  MW3, and when I went to play on GTA 5, it came out with the tutorial thing,  and signed out if xbox.  And when I tried to connect,  it said I needed to enter a password,  I did so, but it said it had  a problem connect,  yet when I was connected,  I could go on parties...  If you need any more,  PM me.

i dont think the tag is glitched. I heard if the tag was created or swapped onto a freshie using an xbox one the tag can only be recovered by an xbox one

Edit: did you check if that 2 step verification thing was turned on?

@Agony and I encountered this problem, I had to recover the tag I sold him on Xbox One so that we could swap it. He claimed it on a fresh on 360 and it worked out fine.

To be honest i don't think i'll take the risk of swapping lmao, not destined to lose $300+ after New Years.

Your best bet is to put the email and pass in the bio so that it unglitches itself onto your 360.
 
Yeah sadly you either have to swap it or call microsoft and see what they can do. They'll have you add a bunch of security and change your password and stuff but it only seems to work when they're viewing your account. That's the only way way I recovered a tag I have.

Though I woulxn't worry about swapping. I swapped Slit and two other tags successfully without turbos. Don't worry about it.
 
If you played GTA 5 on the Xbox One and try to play GTA 5 on the 360, I hope you know that you aren't allowed to go back.

swapping fixes the issue is what hes saying. the idea of swapping wasent created by xbox dumbass
 
Your gamertag is FNCd im pretty sure.
I couldn't play on my FNCd tag on 360 but on the one i could.
