I noticed you have taken down my last thread. Give me a reasonable explanation and I will take this one down!
I know that i will probably get banned for making this rant since no-one on this forum is allowed to have an opinion anymore, but I need to get this out there.
WHY HAVE YOU DEMOTED CHEWWY?!?!?
Let's have a look at some of the reasons given by yourself:
He wasn't active and his timezone causes issues
He was demoted because slack3r is a better admin?!?!
And that's it! Two poor excuses for releasing RG's best admin. Lets take a look a closer look at reason 1 first:

Lets have a look at chewwy's total time spent online shall we? 6 Months, 2 Weeks, 4 Days, 9 Hours, 47 Minutes, 37 Seconds. Ok yeah, you were right! Definately not active.
And the timezone issues?!?! You say it's because it's not convenient to have an admin from the other side of the globe to run RG, while other admins are from the UK? The time zone over there is anywhere between 8:30 to 9:00 hours infront of the UK. Which means at midday here in the UK, it qwould not be any later than 9, and Im sure chewwy is grown up enough to stay up a bit later than that! Also, it would benifit the site since you can have an admin online all day since chewwy would be online when your sleeping and visa versa ( and you would have to talk about necessary issues!)
Now lets look at reason two!

I have no doubt that slack3r is a great member and I'm sure he will be a great admin too, but let's face it, he has no experiance. It's like you owning a multi million dollar company and taking a random person off the street and giving them the managers status. (don't think im comparing anyone to a random person) Chewwy knows coding, (really well) he is always helpful, he wil work out any problems, he knows how things work and how to fix them, the list can go on!
Now let's have a look at some of the threads chewwy has posted helping us in the community.

And thats just from the first page. What I'm trying to get across glen, is that chewwy was a valued admin. Yeah, he's still a member and still active, but it's not the same. He's worked for that place and you took it away.
