It is obtained by searching the chest at the west end of Glarial's Tomb near Baxtorian Falls.

How the fuck do I get in Glarial's Tomb???

That's waterfall dungeon. In order to get in the dunegon you need to have Glarial's Amulet..

Glarials Amulet is obtained by the chest in her tomb.. How the fuck do I get in her tomb?

You need glarials pebble i believe, and you use it on the statue?
something like that, i haven't done the quest in ages.

That is correct.

You need the pebble which you use on the statue.

It opens up a trapdoor and go down. Once inside, just run straight past the Hill Giants and search the chest.
