Yes you have to pay 3000, maybe if you had been quicker about buying you would've gotten the award for less.

As I JUST GOT DONE SAYING, I don't want opinions, I'm here to sell. If I wanted a discussion on "How much of a rip it is" then I would've made a thread about it in the General Discussions, which I did not. Now please politely get the hell off of my thread.
