Giveaways Section Suggestion

I believe that the giveaway section should only be aloud to be used by upgraded members only. I see lots of people with 3 posts winning giveaways and I just don't think it's fair to everyone that has upgraded that some kid that is most likely going to be banned in a week can get something for free. Giveaways should be used to give back to the members that give to FK by upgrading or donating.
