So for double xp weekend I'm thinking of getting 95 prayer.

Is there a bot that can do gilded altar and is free? I mean one that works great and works for someone elses house. I really don't want to get banned so all help is appreciated.

Nope, Neither of them do.. Normal bonuses within RS don't stack with exp weekend.
