GIF's on Facebook

Does anyone know how to do it? Not just the link but to actually have the graphics interchanging while someone is browsing through your album.

I saw someone that has something similar but its not a GIF, it's a JPG.

I did some research and some people think they used a website called Glitter Graphics but I don't think you can upload your own images.

Anyone know a way?

Doesn't Facebook automatically reformat anything to .JPG? But yeah, I'm not sure. I've been reading that some people have been doing it with applications, or something with cache.
