It definitely wasn't going that fast when I had it open in Photoshop
I'll try and slow it down, not trying to give out free seizures.

I think you should clip the whole effect to the render to make it seamless rather than a big seizure box.

I prefer the third one over all, just because of the effect on the render it self, rather than the whole image.
