Ghosts are Racist?

The St. Louis Zoo put up decorations for Halloween. One section of the decorations include ghosts hanging from trees. They have area where the head would be is black so it appears faceless at night. People are claiming that it is racist! Seriously, people? Why does everything have to be about race? It is obvious why the "face" is black. Common sense is hard to find in today's time.

In all honesty, I believe that racism is mostly still around only because of the people who are so actively against racism. They make it so everything is an issue with race. And then complain about other things dealing with race.

It is almost like they are hypocrites and contradict themselves.

Racism can only go away when these kind of people stop bringing race up where it isn't needed.....such as Halloween decorations in a zoo.

It's a black mesh like material so that the lights inside the head can give it an erie glow at night. They already said they were taking it down though. Lol
 
People need to stop being so uptight anyways... It's Halloween, it's a scary decoration... like seriously? Get over it... People in the world these days try to make a big deal about anything they can to "gain members of their cause", but they're just making a fool of themselves, specially over something like this.
 

Exactly. It's not racist until somebody HAS to take it the wrong way and take everything as if it was an attack on themselves. People need to realize that white and black and all other colors are colors period. Nobody accuses a black lizard for being racist, so why accuse decorations?
