I made this like 3 seconds ago it was done quick I saw the one you guys had and got inspired to make one so here it is. I know it's kind of simple but don't know what else to add.



OK V.2 didn't do much changes but here it is.

 
Looks really nice. though the Graphics|Anime|Manga|community part looks a bit .. i guess plain. Can be edited. i planned on doing something similar to this xD.
 
OK I got the .psd will try a different text and see how it looks!

i started graphics designing roughly 2 days ago. so eh
 
because it uses brushes I was trying to incorporate brushes but i had no idea where to put them.
 
I don't think use of brushes is necessary in this banner on the other hand I feel that it needs some layer effects and reflection on main text.
 
Making a reflection is easy.

1) Just make a duplicate layer of the text
2) Transform and flip it vertically (procedure depends on the software)
3) Move it and place it below the original text.
4) Apply full White layer mask to it.
5) Select your foreground color as black and set the gradient to 'Foreground to Transparent'.
6) Use the gradient on the mask and play with it's opacity and your reflection is ready
 
Reflected/ mirror text on any sort of Forum-Software looks like trash unless your banner is directly in the middle. Seeing as ours is off to the side. It'l look like trash.
