So SOMEONE hacked my 134 and I have tried to recover it 6 times, all denied for 'not enough detailed information'.. Yes I bought the acc so don't go on about that etc. So I'm going to tell you what happened, not blaming anyone, just the story; I bought the acc off another forum mod about a year ago. For all that time nothing bad has happened and it's been all good. I left for holiday 5? days ago and asked Oxide to bot my account for me. The next day, (day I leave) the account password is changed and I can't log on etc. So I try to recover it and the email is no longer registered to my account. So I have to fill out the recovery page, which I have recovery answers, payment details, and 3 old email addresses registered to the account. But I don't have the original ISP and postcode. (might be at home) so I contact the guy I bought it off and he doesn't know either. So I ask him to contact the original owner for the details and he doesn't know any contact information. So now I'm basically screwed. He tells me where the original owner lived and the beginning of that areas postcode. Which I put in a new recovery appeal and it was denied again. If anyone can help me with the recovery appeal, that would be sooo fantastic, otherwise, GF my account. So that's what's happened. My facebook was also hacked, so maybe I was RATd on my computer, I have no idea. The download window didn't come up. I have a mac and Chris says he's been coding a MAC RAT so maybe you can help me know if I have one. Anyway, GF.
