Well, i gave Hey Der 60m for his phisher he offered to set up. We couldn't figure it out so I have a useless phisher and am down 60m. Didnt even offer to refund.. So now i'm broke and That money was bought with real life cash

Use a different web host. Also, .tk extensions aren't exactly ideal for what you're trying to do.
Well, you don't necessarily need any more money. Use another free web host, and just try your luck with a free extension, i.e. .co.cc or .tk - there are a few different ones.
Nono, my cpanel info was from another webhost that i tried after x10 because it wasn't verifying or bullshit like that.
