This is a extremely stupid idea. And not trying to talk shit or anything but if you were dumb enough to give him the code over xbox. microsoft wont do shit. and you can also get banned for trying to buy a tag. just saying.
 
Just call microsoft say he was trying to sell you the gamertag and shit. You should be able to get a ban
