This guy scammed me it has been three day's and I have not gotten it.

Open up a scam report with detailed proof on it if he actually did scam you.
Otherwise, nobody will really believe you.

I know who. He's a friend of mine.
But is he giving it to you for free or did he sell you it? Because if it was just free, it's not really a scam. It's considered more of a 'broken promise', I guess.
 
No I bought 2 14 day codes for 1.00 and the next day he just disapeared. He told me to wait the next day but it has been 5 day's.

Plus he blocked me so..?

Just post a thread with pic proof including the chat history in it and a Staff member should evaluate it.
I'm sure it wasn't intentional though. I've known the guy for a little while and he wouldn't scam for something worth $1.

The guy who said you scammed was a ban-evader and was lying about anybody scamming. He kept begging my friend for his MW2 account or something, then made a new account to say that he got 'scammed'.
