They make it look so easy xD

Played in Enemy Down ladder, playing CS 1:6.

It's actually so hard to get a decent team together, who work well together well and to get them to execute plans efficently.

It all sounds very.....harsh, but in the end, your in it for money if not for the giggles.

Especially when you get accused for something you didn't do, or when you are cheated on.

yer its like the clan i made on ETQW we were from all over the world so its hard to all be online at the same time and train but we didnt realy need to train caus we mostly allways won becaus of teamwork and we all got on well with each other so basicly the moral of the story is its not just teamwork its geting allong and yes ther is allot of teamwork but the most important factor is comunication like when you need to get right back into the fight you just ask if anyone has a vehicl in your area on the map and they come and pick you up

Yer i remember trying to get everyone online at the same time was a right pain.

Even if you told people and emailed them days before they wouldnt turn up.

You need dedication, which I had and only a couple others in my clan, they rest werent really serious.
