General Tag Question

Not sure if this is the right section to put this here but anyways I own a decent semi but I lost my notes so the main email was lost and I cant login to the tag. I still receive messages from xbox through a alt email i put on the account. So I'm wondering if its possible to call xbox and tell them my situation and get my tag back?

Call XBL Support. What they will do is:
1: Ask you for your tag
2: Once you give them your tag name they email you a verification code
3: Once you give them the verification code then they can give you the email that is on the account.

Yes they will send a code to your alternate email, then that proves its you. @exclusive hit the nail on the head.
