They’ve starred in commercials, a TV show and now, thanks to a new iPhone app, the Geico Cavemen can also appear in your photos.
The video above, which features a Paula Deen-like TV chef, makes the case for downloading the Caveman Photo Crasher App. After all, a little “Cay-uv-man” brings the chili-ness right out of the chili.
The new Caveman app represents an evolution of sorts. Geico is a huge advertiser, but the brand has been tentative about social media. In February, it ran an Old Spice-like response campaign on YouTube featuring the “Questions Guy.” More recently, the company released another app called the “BroStache” that simulated a mustache.
