no if you bought a brand new game, it should have been in the plastic... there is no game from the company that isnt in the wrapper....
i woulda flipped out on the fucking spot about trying to sell me open game.
and my xbox (bought refurbished 4gb slim) tells me the disc is unreadable when its brand new

Idk, I bought it from the New section not the Pre-owned. It must have been a screw up. I'll definitely get it resolved tomorrow though.

It was too late. Gamestop is like 25 mins away from my house and it closes around 9. By the time I actually realized it didn't work I just said forget it I'll do this tomorrow

Same exact thing with my MW3 but it goes unreadable almost every time I put it in. Takes me 2-4 tries to get it working.
