I can't even believe I just bought a BRAND NEW game from them, and it didn't work. In a brand new case, no pre-owned sticker or anything. It had scratches all over it right wwhen I opened it and I put it in and automatically said "This disc is unreadable". Screw Gamestop, they just lost my business.
 
Go return it and get a refund?

If this was me I would be going over there and screaming at them cause that is honestly bullshit that they allowed this to happen.
 
It really is dude. It didn't even come in the sealed plastic wrap that new games usually come in.

it obviously was not gamestops fault. It was sealed in the case meaning it was the developers fault.. but im positive they would give you a refund or atleast replace the disc.
 
This happened to me with Halo 3 :/
