Games you're excited for?

Yeah, just name the games that you want to come out already.
GTA V is the one I want the most right now, it looks epic and I've been playing since Vice City, I could say I've been playing since III but not really. I really liked VC and pretty much every GTA game, and I know GTA V will be epic, so I'm waiting for it, as soon as it is available here I'll buy it, no doubt.
Black Ops 2 is another one, I'm not exactly sure since when I've been playing CoD but I can say it has been since WaW, because for some reason CoD games didn't come to my attention at all.
Halo 4, I really want this one, but my Xbox is broken and for it I'd need to fix it, so I'm not sure about that, I know a friend will buy it so maybe I'll go to his house and play it, if I like it (I'm pretty sure I will) I'll fix my Xbox.

Those are the games I want to be here already, they all look epic. What about you guys?

I'm really pumped for Grand Theft Auto: V. The trailer and pictures look really interesting, Other games are Black Ops 2 and Halo 4.
 
GTA V is the only game I would say I am particularly looking toward to. Although i don't follow games like i used to. Maybe ill take a look at some of the ones mentioned

Wasn't pumped up for any games until yesterday. I have been planning on buying absolutely no games so I can save money and time to focus on college. But yesterday that Halo 4 review messed me up! I will probably end up buying it. lol

So they're changing combat up completely, and getting rid of weapon special attacks, and making defense a big deal.
 
yeah EOC is going to suck donkey dick.

although it is my understanding that they are going to be releasing a whole new game for it and still keeping RS2 but making an "RS3".

This will be just like RS Classic to RS2. Except RS2 will be the new classic. And RS3 is the new RS2. =d

Where did you read they were keeping RS2?

I am pretty sure from what I have heard and seen that RS2 is going out the window. No RS2 option for people to keep playing that. Everyone is being moved to RS3.

Where did you read they were keeping RS2?

That's what I thought, I don't think they'll be doing the same thing they did like the transition from RS1-RS2.

a mod said something on a protest thread once along the lines of:

"it is not our intention to lose any players whatsoever. The transition period will be fair on all players, both those in favour of evolution of combat and those who are not"

that was what confirmed it with me, but jmods have been on podcasts and hinted towards it anyways.

thats not a quote, just my interpretation of what i read. i will try to find where it is posted.

however, i am merely speculating due to what i have heard and how jagex managed the last major revamp of the game (RSC to RS2)

During one of the live Q&A sessions someone asked something along the lines of still being able to play RS as it is now without having to play the EOC version of it and they answered with a flat out no. They will be moving everyone to RS3. No chance to continue playing RS2.

thats a shame, well, it had to move on somewhere.

i feel bad for people that haven't made money back from buying their ranks in flower fcs by the time RS3 is released because you can be sure as hell they will get rid of it.
