are there any programs that can tell you when a gamertag has been released back into the available gamertag list? If so can I have a link?

It's called a turbo. Those can not be sold on site. PM me for more information. If you are talking about a checker, I have one you might be interested in, but it isn't free.

Basically you want a gamertag checker? I looked for a long time, never found one where you can check multiple words.

No there is not a way to tell if a GT has gotten reset, and there never will be they reset tags at random.
